SALEM

Salem is a high voltage step-up converter with driver designed to drive capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (CMUT) used in ultrasound.

Salem generates a programmable step-up voltage from a low voltage supply (VDD). A fast, high voltage amplifier (4-ohm) drives the transducer with high voltage pulses.  The size and shape of the pulse are configurable, allowing control of the number of pulses, frequency and duty cycle. Salem is controlled through an I2C interface.
Salem30 is a high voltage (30V) step-up converter designed to drive capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (CMUT).
Salem60 is a high voltage (60V) step-up converter designed to drive capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (CMUT).
