Yokohama is a high-frequency synchronous rectified step-down DC/DC converter. Input range is 25V max with a preset output voltage of 3.3V/3A. A pin option is available to make the output level adjustable.
Yokohama contains a step-down converter incorporating a 50mΩ high-side drive transistor and synchronous 50mΩ low-side switching transistor optimized for power conversion efficiency.
The output voltage is adjustable using external resistors or an internal 3.3V (default) setting.
The control method (fixed PWM or PFM/PWM with automatic switch-over) can be selectable by the MODE pin.
